One of my favorite parts about games is the social environment and community it can build. Many of my closest friends, that I have now traveled across the country to meet, were made playing games. I love how games can give you connections to people no matter where they are. Many of my favorite memories, that I will never forget, were made playing games. I want to create moments like that for others with my design. Experiences that they will always remember, and environments that promote positive social connections. Cooperation and teamwork is on of my favorite things about games. I've always been great working on a team and communicating with team members, it's one of my favorite things about both playing games and working on them.

When I'm not playing games I enjoy both discussing and analyzing games with my friends and colleagues. I always enjoy seeing other peoples perspectives and learning from them. One of the reasons I love design so much is seeing how players experience and interact with your designs differently, and using that to develop and improve your designs further.
